Swimsuits For All and Kingsize just launched their joint summer swimwear campaign, putting a focus on male body image. The campaign, featuring supermodel Ashley Graham, Sherri Shepherd, and more is the first collaboration between the two brands and also features plus size male models, Zach Miko, Kelvin Davis, Najee Fox and me, Bruce Sturgell.
While many women are vocal about their relationships with their bodies and society’s narrow standards of beauty, men are now realizing that they are allowed to talk about their insecurities. “As the body positive movement becomes more inclusive, and we continue to inspire women to love and embrace the skin that we’re in, it is important that we invite everyone to join the conversation,” said Ashley Graham. “We know that women’s bodies are historically more judged and scrutinized, but we also recognize that men are subject to those pressures as well. This partnership shows our continued commitment to represent and celebrate different body types and sizes, supporting the confidence journey for everyone. Guys, we see you, too!”
The campaign features products from both the Swimsuits For All and KingSize Summer collections. Everything you see in these photos (and more) is available with sizes ranging from XL to 9XL for KingSize and 4 to 40 for Swimsuits For All. The models featured in the campaign have a variety of body types. Short, tall, wide, thick – they’re all featured and celebrated here. A personal milestone for me, this was the first professional shoot I’ve been part of where I’m shirtless. Yes, you get to see plus size male models shirtless in the campaign video!
