Strongside is a new brand that’s trying to solve that problem, with their recently launched collection of comfort-fit big & tall t-shirts with sizes to 6XL for $9.99.
Unlike many other t-shirt brands, Strongside took time and did the research to make an affordable big & tall t-shirt that works for bigger bodies. Their designers tested fabrics and worked on perfecting the fit of their tees on actual big guys. Each t-shirt is made with breathable stretch fabric that is made to move with your body while still keeping its shape. The longer, curved hem offers coverage where other t-shirts don’t – taking care of an issue for many of us with bigger bellies. The contoured sleeves offer a better fit on the bicep, meaning you won’t have to deal with ill-fitting sleeves that flap around too much.
Affordability was also important to the company. They noticed that many brands on the market offered product that was more expensive with a less than perfect fit. According to the Strongside team, the $9.99 price point makes the t-shirt accessible for everyone.
Strongside is initially launching in-store in select clubs and online at BJ’s Wholesale Club where you’ll find 6 different colors in their big & tall stretch v-neck tees and 3 color combinations in their patch pocket crew-neck t-shirts available for purchase with sizes XL to 6XL for $9.99.
According to the company, Strongside big & tall t-shirts will be available at additional retailers later this year. There are already plans to introduce more products into the collection in the near future, including new tops and activewear.
