The online personal stylist service offers a wide assortment of handpicked fashion in your style and budget with sizes to 3X and 48 waist. Since I’ve got some time on my hands, I thought I’d share a few of the looks they sent me.
Finding clothes that fit can be a pain. With Stitch Fix, you create an account and take their Style Quiz, which tell them everything they need to know about your style, the type of clothes you want, and the sizes you need. You can even set your fixes to be shipped as often or as little as you’d like. Then, you’re paired up with a stylist who gets to know you better and sends you exactly what you need.
Once you’ve gotten set up, a box will soon be on its way to you. Try things on, keep the pieces you like, send back the ones you don’t. If you like everything and you keep it all, you get a bigger discount on the order total.
Decide not to keep anything? You’re only out the $20 styling fee (which is applied as a credit toward anything you purchase). This is a great way to test out new styles you might not be willing to go out and buy without being able to try on.
One of my favorite things about receiving a Stitch Fix shipment is that they include a card that offers suggestions on how to pair the items in the box with clothes you already have in your closet. This is great if you’re not sure how to mix and match, or if you’re trying out a new style.
