[dropcap size=big]A[/dropcap]ctor John Malkovich has returned to the world of fashion with his third clothing line featuring a variety of menswear offerings made for spring and summer. The collection, which is available for purchase at JohnMalkovich.com, consists of shirts, pants, knits, outerwear and accessories, some of which are available in extended sizes.

It’s important to note that this means you’ll find shirt sizes to XXL and waist sizes to 44. All of the clothing in the line is made to French sizing, which is a bit different from U.S. sizing. For example, a French 54 waist is the same as a U.S. 44. If you’ve been blessed with a larger upper body, tops and jackets in the John Malkovich line may not work so well for you, with a U.S. 48 chest being the higher end limit. You can check the sizing chart just to be sure.

As far as accessories go, you’ll find silk scarves and ties with unique designs available from $95. The entire collection has a distinctly European feel, and looks like something you could wear to the office, or out on a date. According to an interview with Vanity Fair, Malkovich was very hands-on with the line, actually doing the sketches and choosing fabrics himself. “Why would you want somebody else to do it?”

The prices of the clothing reflect the quality and work put into the line. At one end of the spectrum, you’ll find an XXL t-shirt with a custom Malkovich-created design for $95, and at the other end, Tito’s Parrot, a silk-linen blend jacket, priced at $740, still a far cry from the prices of some high end luxury clothing lines.

If the sizing doesn’t work for you, but you like the look of the latest John Malkovich collection, consider picking up a tie or a scarf to add to your look.
