Luxury journalist and fashionable man of size Corbin Chamberlin recently had the opportunity to take the new 2013 Cadillac ATS for an extended test drive, and he spoke to Arizona Foothills Magazine about the experience. Here are a few highlights from the interview, and a follow up question of our own.
On driving the Cadillac ATS:
I was in the (272 hp turbo) 2.0 model and couldn’t believe the power it put out. Nearly shocked, in fact. Though the car is quick, the spot-on handling and stability keeps you in complete control.
On the Cadillac’s interior:
The inside compliments the exterior perfectly. High-tech meets low-key wrapped in an ultra-luxurious package. The handcrafted cut-and-sewn interior hinted at something you would see on a Hermés handbag; haute and hearty.
As far as the car’s roominess, we asked Corbin how well a big guy would fit inside:
The car is big-guy friendly! I had plenty of room and vroom.
