The Procrastinator’s Father’s Day Gift Guide

It's the Friday before Father's Day, and chances are, some of you reading this still need to go out and buy something for your Dad. It's okay, we've all been there. Luckily, you still have time to get Pops a gift that seems like you put a lot of thought into it. Below you'll find a few suggestions that'll work for a variety of Fathers.

Wahl Peanut Clipper

For the Dad who needs a quick beard trim or dry shave: the Wahl Peanut Clipper – $35.49
This clipper has been used by professionals for years to trim hairlines and beards. It also works well for a close dry shave when you're in a hurry. In fact, this is the clipper I use when I don't have time for a wet shave. There's also a cordless version, but I recommend the one with the cord for a bit more power. Pick one up at your local beauty supply shop, or get it at Amazon if you order before 5pm central time.

Craft Beer Club 12 pack

For the craft beer connoisseur: The Craft Beer Club
If the Dad in your life is an adventurous beer drinker, the Craft Beer Club could be the way to go. Each month, he'll receive 12 (12 oz.) craft beers in three different styles, as well as information on the history of that beer and the brewery that makes it. It's a great way to experience a variety of unfamiliar brews on a regular basis. You can get him the monthly package, which runs $37.75/mo, or you can gift a set amount of Craft Beer Club shipments, from one month to twelve – it's up to you.

Sovereign Beck Neckties
For the Dad that needs a really cool tie: Sovereign Beck
Wearing a tie every day can get a bit old if you don't shake things up a bit. The gents at Sovereign Beck take inspiration from the traditional tie and add their own spin to create both classic and modern looking ties. If Dad is more of a bow tie guy, they've got you covered there as well with a variety of unique and interesting designs. There's probably no way you'll be able to get a Sovereign Beck tie to your Father before Sunday, but if you're going to give him a belated gift, make sure it's something good like this.

Destination XL shop

For the big and tall Dad who needs more clothes but will only shop for himself: DestinationXL
You can't really go wrong with clothing as a gift, especially if you're letting Dad pick out his own outfits. Destination XL might not be the first place you'd think of when looking for clothing with style, but I think you'd be surprised by what you'll find. The store carries brands such as Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren, Joseph Abboud, Dockers, Levi's and more in just about any size you're looking for. Hit one of their stores if there's one local to you, or get a gift card online and help Dad put together some looks he'll like.

Hopefully these ideas help you find a last minute gift for the Dad in your life. Found another interesting last minute Father's Day gift? Share it with us in the comments.
