Comic Con is happening in San Diego and that means lots of pop culture news. We’re kicking it off with the red band trailer for Kevin Smith’s Jay and Silent Bob Reboot. In this film, Jay and Silent Bob are heading back to Hollywood to stop a reboot of Bluntman and Chronic from being made. As you’ll see from the trailer, Jay finds out he has a daughter (played by Smith’s real life daughter, Harley Quinn Smith), and she and a friend come along for the ride.
It looks like Smith was able to get a ton of people back for this one. I saw Shannon Elizabeth, Jason Lee, Dan Fogler, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Jason Biggs and James Van Der Beek, Chris Hemsworth, Val Kilmer, Method Man and Redman, to name a few.
It looks like Jay and Silent Bob Reboot is going to be everything you love about those movies, so watch the trailer above and catch the film when it comes out.
