If you’re a fan of creative cooking, reality TV competitions, or chef Graham Elliot, you’ll probably dig his upcoming one hour special, Covert Kitchens. The show gives contestants 36 hours to create a functional restaurant in some non-traditional settings, like an L.A. garage, an abandoned rail car, and a tattoo parlor. The judges on the show include Michael Voltaggio, Nancy Silverton, and John Shook.

Elliot plays mentor to the contestant chefs – offering guidance along the way as they compete to win a job in one of the best kitchens in the country. Watch a preview for the show below:
