A few weeks ago, Chubstr reader Matthew asked us for advice on where to shop for big and tall clothing in Rome. We consulted with Uomini di Peso’s Alessandro Carella, who suggested he visit a clothing retailer called Pitran. Matthew took his advice and visited the store while on his trip, and he liked what he saw.
Pitran was three stories of amazing. While the European labels run about 2-3 sizes smaller, the slimmer cuts look so much better. Pitran carried an assortment of brands, and I liked their house label, Maxfort, as well as Ascot Sport, and Bluealina the best. The selection of off the rack blazers and dress shirts was phenomenal, with styles that would fit the most conservative and the flashiest of palates. Thank you so much for the recommendation!
There you have it. When in Rome, a trip to Pitran is highly recommended. Learn more about the company here. Share your style with the world by sending photos to Chubstr.
