Plus size fashion is beginning to get the attention it deserves, and and that’s in no small part due to the work of people like Marie Denee and her site, The Curvy Fashionista. That’s why I’m excited to announce that we’re partnering with them to bring big men’s fashion to the 2017 TCFStyle Expo!
The event is in its 3rd year, but 2017 will mark the first to feature men’s big and tall vendors and designers. In the coming weeks, we’ll introduce you to some of these brands you’ll see at the expo, and show you why this is an event you don’t want to miss.
The 2017 TCFStyle Expo takes place July 28th & 29th at the Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta, Georgia. You’ll be able to meet big men’s clothing designers and retailers, and do some shopping there at the expo. How often can big men actually go somewhere to find clothes in their size that they actually want to wear? Virtually never.
The Curvy Fashionista & Chubstr
In addition to fashion and shopping, the TCFStyle Expo features speakers, workshops, and some great opportunities to meet people and socialize. Past speakers have included some of our favorite people, such as Jes Baker, and Reah Norman. This year, you can expect some gentlemen to grace the stage, and talk about their experiences as plus size men.
Not only will you find clothes you’ll love, but you’ll get to meet other big guys who care about their style, just like you. Of course, Chubstr will be there representing – I can’t wait to meet you!
It’s not often that we get to see big men get the representation they deserve when it comes to fashion, so having all these retailers and designers in one place is huge. We’re going to do some Chubstr meetups and fun events around the expo, so you’ll be sure to get your fill of big men’s fashion while you’re there.
