LiftLuxe promises curated inventory, high-quality items, reasonable prices, and convenience. The latest in a long line of multi-designer, curated sale sites, LiftLuxe seeks to provide a place for men to shop that cuts down on shopping time and eliminates hassle. With a focus on providing real style in a manner that requires the least amount of effort, the site allows you to shop both by categories and by items chosen by designers. You’ll even find sections for “style shortcuts,” and just the “essentials,” to make your shopping experience that much easier.
One of the more interesting things about the site is that you can earn 5% of all future purchases made by any friends that you refer to the site.
LiftLuxe features clothes from designers such as Allegri, Campanile, and Ian Velardi. You’ll find a good selection of accessories—from bags and pocket squares to ties and shoes. When it comes to shirts, pants, jackets, and shorts, we found the site somewhat lacking in a variety of styles and colors. LiftLuxe definitely has the basics in mind—you’ll find plenty of basic shirts in black, navy and brown. You’ll also find a variety of denim, though similar styles, LiftLuxe does offer a variety of brands to choose from. We found this to also be the same in the chino/khaki department—an emphasis on basics and similar styles. That’s not to say LiftLuxe isn’t worth a look—everyone needs a good wardrobe foundation and sometimes it’s these basic pieces that can be the hardest to find.
If there’s less variety than we’d like in the actual pieces offered at LiftLuxe, then we have to call it no variety at all when it comes to sizing. The largest sizes we were able to find were 2X in a few shirt options and many of the shoes available on the site were only offered up to size 12. Sizing for pants and denim items for the most part went only to 36 (with some options only available up to 34).
The Bottom Line:
LiftLuxe could ultimately be a great site for finding interesting accessories that are designer quality and drastically reduced prices. You may have some luck finding shirts, but we wouldn’t suggest trying to shop for jeans here. We love the selection of shoes available from LiftLuxe, and with some options available to size 12, this could be a great outlet for designer shoes at lower prices. The site does have a lifestyle section that we found interesting and you may too. We recommend taking a look at some of the articles there.
As for our final verdict on LiftLuxe, we’ll keep it bookmarked for accessories and shoes and maybe the occasional shirt, but we don’t see it becoming a regular stop for our online shopping.
