We can’t believe it’s taken us this long to recognize the dapperest of the dapper and the master of making it work, Tim Gunn as man of the week. But it seems our timing couldn’t be better. This maven of fashion television make quite a splash just two weeks ago when he joined Twitter (@timgunn), saying “I’m brushing off the dust and scales, I’m joining the 21st century.”
Not only did Gunn join Twitter, he also made headlines and created some buzz by teasing and subsequently revealing the cover of his upcoming book, Tim Gunn’s Fashion Bible, which isn’t due out until this September, but is available for pre-order now.
Gunn is currently in preparation mode for season 10 of the show that made him a household name, Project Runway, which is now casting. As you wait for the premiere of season 10, you can get your Tim Gunn fix daily on the ABC talk show, The Revolution. The hour-long gabfest debuted in January and features not only Gunn, but other former reality tv stars Ty Pennington and Harley Pasternak—celebrity trainer. And while it may seem our favorite fashionista is on a mission to take over the small screen, he also has a funny way of popping up just about everywhere. Indeed, just last week he tweeted photos of himself shopping and praising the suits at one of our favorite spots, SuitSupply.
